Training of Club Consultants includes Conducting Club Leaders’ Performance and Technical Diagnostic Reviews, Leadership Capacity Building, and the Training of Clubs to Implement a Performance Management and Appraisal System (PMAS)
Qualified Soccer/Football Educators are invited to register at the offline Academy for a Whisperer Consultancy by e-mail to soccerfootballwhisperer@gmail.com or on the website to register, gain acceptance, sign agreements, purchase a training consultant study package, pay the nominal annual consultancy hosting fee (50 USD), and have your profile posted as a Whisperer Soccer/Football Club Training Consultant on our website.
This aspect of the Project offers a wonderful opportunity for the creative participation of HRD Professionals who are also soccer/football educators, to use the materials to develop their personalized Club Management Diagnostic Reviews, Capacity Building, and PMAS Training using the Implementation Presentations. The incumbents can personalize and market ‘their translation and transference of synergies’ that all club board members and their club staff will want to access, and quickly so at a cost that the market forces will determine.
When professionally implemented, the changes at the clubs will become effective and obvious. Therefore clubs are not recommended to attempt to train and implement by self-help approach; instead, acquire our professional self-help package. This will avoid the usual arguments and old agenda that will only get in the way and would defeat the effort of the Whisperer Authorized Consultant Trainers who are seeking to ensure proper implementation of the Soccer Football Whisperer/ Performance management and Appraisal System (SFW/PMAS) for the cause of developing more high performing clubs.
The Whisperer’s Trainers are selected and Authorized after registering and sending in an updated resume and a short statement on their perception, understanding, and vision for the program and business for themselves. The training franchisees will have the opportunity to carve out their own operating space through adaptation of the training design, personalizing and marketing their presentation. of at least 15 clubs to one Authorized Trainer.
Early decision to participate at the Authorized Trainer level is wise, as this material is expected to proliferate rapidly on a global scale, creating an increasing demand for soccer/football smart HRD Professionals/Entrepreneurs who are recognized on the website as Whisperer Authorized Trainers to implement of the S/FW PMAS.
Qualified Job Instruction Trainers and Human Resource Development Specialists, who are familiar with the Beautiful Game, are invited to apply and register to acquire the Consultant Training Presentation Package for the promotion and delivery of the Soccer Football Whisperer’s High Performance System to soccer/football club officials – managers, coaches and technical committees in their countries.

This revolutionary Soccer/Football Performance Management Training System features a 10-hour workshop that exposes the peculiar problems of fairly managing coaching performance. It supplies fail-safe solutions via an Online Academy presentation with appropriate graphics, activities, and tools on which the managers, technical committees, and coaching staff must be trained simultaneously.
Ten members within the target group should be recruited from each club to be trained together on the SFW PMAS system to facilitate speedy and effective implementation. Our recommended class size maximum is 30. This allows for three clubs to be trained in the same room in their discrete groupings.
