QUALIFICATIONSPrior trained and experienced soccer/football educators with a background in TWO of the following areas...club administration, management, coaching, refereeing, or playing at the professional or international level, and preferably with a Masters’ Degree in a Faculty related discipline. All SFW Pro 1 Certified Candidates after 1 year experience are eligible.Prior trained and experienced soccer/football educators with a background in two (2) of the following areas...club administration, management, coaching, refereeing, or playing at the professional or international level, and preferably with a 1st Degree in a related discipline. All SFW Pro 2 Certified Candidates after 1 year experience are eligible.Prior trained and experienced soccer/football educators with a background in two (2) of the following areas...club administration, management, coaching, refereeing, or playing at the professional or international level, with a License or Diploma in a related discipline. All SFW PRO 3 Certified Candidates after 2 years experience are eligible.prior trained and experienced soccer/football or sports personalities with a background in ONE of the following areas...club administration, management, coaching, refereeing, or playing at the professional or international level with proven marketing and sales experience with training in a related area such as teaching of Physical Education.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES1. Project Materials Development Editors - do further field testing and up grading of tools, books and training materials
2. Provide Tutorage to Academy Registrants
3. Develop and Implement new advanced needs-related training curriculum for Pro 1, 2 and 3 Consultants
4. Develop rubrics and implement curriculum to treat underserved needs-related issues at clubs
5. Introduce Innovations as Partners in Whisperer Related Product Enhancements
6. Sell all SFW products at Commission Rate		*-1. Do Club Leadership Capacity Assessment and Remediation through Implementation of the PMAS, field testing and reports on tools, books and training materials
2. Provide Tutorage to lower level Academy Registrants
3.Translate and report to the Academy all under-served curriculum needs-related issues at clubs
4. Sell all SFW Products at Commission Rate, Train and Counsel club Staff and Introduce Innovations -		1. Do Club Leadership Capacity Assessment and Remediation through Implementation of the PMAS, field testing and report on tools, books and training materials
2. Offer and Provide Tutorage to PRO 3 and lower level Academy Registrants
3. Translate and report to the Academy all underserved curriculum needs-related issues at clubs
5. Sell all SFW Products at Commission Rate, Train and Counsel club Staff and Introduce Innovations as Partners in Whisperer Related Product Enhancements
1. Apply Whisperer Club Program Implementation Strategy,
2. Do needs Assessment for Leadership Capacity Building Intervention of the PMAS, and the purchasing on tools, books and training materials
3. Offer and Provide Exam Tutorage to new Pro 111 Academy Registrants
4. Translate and report to the Academy all under-served product needs-related issues at clubs.
5. Promote club formation (including women)and Sell all SFW Products at Commission Rate, and Counsel Club Leaders on the need for their own participation in the SFW Academy and making generous awards of Scholarships for promising potentiates...thereby improving sales
