It should not be difficult for club leaders to be convinced that despite their perspicacity and prior outstanding performances, all managers and coaches will eventually move on. Therefore, they as progressive leaders must grab this opportunity to now take charge of the responsibility to re-organize the clubs,  and adopt the necessary curriculum and steps to decrease the high-performance information deficits, often left behind when key personnel changes occur at the club.

Oftentimes, the sudden, unplanned transition of managers/coaches will unintentionally leave the Club’s learning environment confounded and dysfunctional. With this reality in mind, club leaders will need to consider accepting the Whisperer training to rapidly increase their club-development leadership capacities, to ensure their staff are well trained and organized to function regardless of sudden personnel changes. This will include preparing teams and individual players to maintain high performance during a leadership transition.

The Welcome Brochure also provides links from its table of contents for the Club Leaders to download free items, books, relevant soccer/football club leadership education articles, as well as the main books and products for sale.

After reviewing the Brochure, club leaders will require no further prompting to get the main book of 100 Principles to start the snow-balling effect with the rest of the staff getting deeply immersed in this Project.

Unavoidable heavy reading is going to be required at the Faculty level to develop more advanced training to further prepare colleagues and consultants club leaders to facilitate even greater changes for more success in the present and future prevailing culture of fluctuating performance at the clubs. But if there is any one place to get started, it is here and it is now!

The Project will train a worldwide cadre of Whisperer Faculty and Club Consultants to educate and train club leaders and their staff to measure qualitative performance to supervise, inspire, and motivate high-performance greatness within the functional components of the human resource base at their Clubs, like any other successful business demands.

The total process will be directed and supported remotely and by visiting in-house Consultants from the SFW High-Performance Club Development Leadership Academy, which will be opened on June 30, 2018.

Invitations have been extended to all clubs and superior qualified professional soccer/football educators to consider participating in this project, and the positive responses are trending towards a possible need for a slow-down strategy. This is so because the number of qualified soccer football educators available for training as SFW Academy Faculty and Club Development Leadership Consultants, who will be available to work with individual or small groups of clubs as on-the-site personal service contractors are unlikely to be sufficient to match the need for this services.

Some clubs may find it necessary to begin with self-help, although not the best practice.
Before applying to the Academy, qualified soccer/football educators with an interest in advancing their careers are encouraged to review the Welcome Brochure and the Handbook,  accessible free from this Website, and ensure they meet the Faculty and Club Development Leadership Consultant admission standards as described.
