Whisperer Golden Youth Affiliates
The Whisperer Golden Youth affiliates are the new high-performance players 15 – 23, and seasoned Professionals in transition around the world. They will be branded and featured on this Whisperer Website to narrow the field for intermediaries and clubs looking to invest in available talent to improve their stock.
The players will be recommended by #Whisperer Experienced Coaches and Transfer Consultants who are familiar and confident about the certainties of the player’s high-performance information and abilities.
Requirements and Follow-Up for Players’ Exposure for the Development of Professional Careers
The Program is for elite players who are ready to relocate to follow their dreams. Selectees must be recognized as significant talents from the High School Level or through their local first or second division and up to the National level in their countries.
A longitudinal study will track bi-annual performance reviews and the professional progress of the (successful) participants, to quantify the Project success rate, by levels.
High-Performance Players – How to Apply should:
- Review the Prerequisites for application to the program
- Submit a CV with a timeline including education, football experience, and club levels
- Send 2 one-minute game action videos
- Included a one-page brag sheet of 5-600 words in English.
- Get recommendations from two coaches or referees
- Completed applications for the Golden Youth Feature Page, giving name and contact of present (and previous club if any). The name and contact of a club official other than the coaches, and the Club secretary are required on the application.

Processing
No requests are required for confidentiality to be respected. All references will be researched, rather than making unannounced contact with club officials or coaches. Candidates making willfully spurious or false claims will be ejected without a refund of the 10 USD annual hosting fee.
Players are responsible for making their own decisions is accepting offers. So they are advised that such a public interface will require effort to verify serious contacts. Lists of the licensed intermediaries should be checked to ensure they are relating to authorized professionals.
Intermediaries wishing to use this Whisperer Professional Player Platform must also register by completing the Intermediaries Subscribers Application Form
Processing
The two in-game videos will be carefully reviewed. The Whisperer Qualitative Performance instrumentation will be used before the application is accepted for publication. A statement will be issued on the authenticity, speed, and competitive level of the player’s performance and that of the opposition observed in the video.
All players on the system for a third season will not be required to pay further hosting fees, and all can update their information on a timely basis.
