Description
The thought about the need for training Clubs and a new Soccer/Football Club CEO position came to mind because of the continuing rampant and arbitrary dismissal of Manager Coaches, without clear cause or due process. This indicated that clubs desperately wanted a winning manager/coach, while they would be better served by building a winning club. Prior to this Project and book, very few expressed the idea that something was not right, or least of all tried to figure out what could be done about it. But growing louder and bolder was the conviction that indeed the Wilguard Whisperer Project had something special to offer, towards improving the standard of club leadership, management and higher performance of the world game.
