It exists to serve club owners, executives, coaches, and technical directors who are serious about building winning cultures grounded in knowledge and discipline.
Founded by Eric U. Williams — based in Pembroke Pines, Florida — the SFW project draws on decades of experience in the game to deliver frameworks that are both academically rigorous and practically applicable at every level of club football.
