After a disappointing engagement, our unique bodies of scholarly works have not yet been exposed to a second external editor. We have found it extremely difficult to find a trusted Soccer Journal Editor who can effectively review the material in our uniquely specialized areas of study.

This is an emergency response test call of great importance, to get the undivided attention of all soccer football Clubs and their Manager Coaches around the world. Many will be unable to pass the new standard of interview for the position they currently occupy, and so they will not be able to compete with other coaches when seeking to transition.
Therefore, it must be in their best interest to acquire and study the new Soccer Football Whisperer 100 Principles manual, which has become the universal source of reference for High-Performance Club Development Leadership and Coaching.

For as long as I can recall, the effectiveness of Coaching has been in question at every level without any scientific collective intelligence in team performance measurement being attempted. On the other hand, the players are doing their best, excited, skillful, fit, competent, and ready to go. Team preparation for club success is the missing element
But, justifiable or not, the status of Manager Coaches is too often the subject of ridicule. Today, most are the easy targets of arbitrary and capricious dismissals; often without cause, due processes or remediation, that never appeared in the agreement, and condition of services that should have been enshrined in their contracts.
So, the evaluation processes and science-based tools found here will support the establishment of legal due process in the dismissal of coaches, and formal advocacy. At most clubs, the easiest cliché that has often come to mind, for a solution to human resource relationship and performance problems, is to “fire”.
But not anymore, without the information and use of the Whisperer Performance Management and Appraisal System and tools being previously applied, to minimize the crises precipitating each case!
The Soccer Football Whisperer, without any fear of contradiction, submits that the Manager Coaches and the contraindicated conditions in the learning and performance environments will not change or improve until the members of the boards of directors are trained to take over and regain control of their clubs for operating as successful businesses do. Until now, there has never been a single resource available from one place, for the guidance of the Club Leaders to do so!
This gap in service to the soccer football industry was only seriously recognized by the former NSCAA when the outline of the Soccer Football Whisperer Project came to the attention of their Journal Editor, Dr. Jay Martin, in 2017. Its impact was so great that it apparently may have led to a change in the direction and name from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America to the now Soccer United. Apparently after seeing our agenda, this was done to seek a wider engagement of the entire club as their coaches failed repeatedly to deliver on their own.
Eventually, the currently fledgling Club Summit was born with its first and subsequent agendas, being in congruence with the original outline of the Whisperer’s seminal work, “100 Principles for High-Performance Soccer Football Club Development Leadership and Quality Control”, manual.

It is a well-known fact that everybody in soccer football knows everything, win, lose, or draw. But the final question is, “What qualitative (not quantitative) performance measures are being used to evaluate the effectiveness of the outcomes from these incomplete session plans being brandished about”?
I am recommending all clubs, soccer football educators, and trainers of trainers to take this opportunity to make their consultative presentations complete! Without qualitative evaluation tools the higher performance being sought will forever remain elusive and money will continue to play a bigger role than education in the production of topflight football.

Who knows if the accurate passes completed are contributing to the high-performance game, or even when the shots are on target that they are yielding any added value to the attack. And there are more to be questioned and argued… like whose idea was it, to deploy two players to deliver one strike corner, or to throw the ball down the throat of your nearest teammate.

Price will be doubled in September when the preseason sale is over. Our research indicates that losers are least likely to read or purchase books, for their capacity expansion to lead.
Our responsibility is to ensure the entire football family is awakening to this new resource. Thereafter the ball is passed to the Club Leaders, Managers, Coaches, and Football Educators, to take all the time they can afford to lose, before getting on board.
