The Soccer Club Has Been Provided With “Everything.”

So Why Can’t We Do Better?

Are all the possible resources at the soccer club really in place, and how is that decided… and can we sustain professional, social economical and technical viability, without the Soccer Football Whisperer’s 100 Principles?

No; our soccer club has a hard-core fan base within 3 miles, and there are three times as many casual spectators that would feel better if we won.

Most are located within 30 miles of our home ground, and the Government Census places them in a upper income middle class.

Soccer Football Development: Important Contributions By Fans And Sponsors

Soccer Football Whisperer, Corporate Intelligentsia, Sponsors, Fans and Players to the Rescue – It’s Now and Forever!

soccer football

Without an obviously evident collapse of the anticipated quality of performance, the paying fans and sponsors traditionally have no say, or more likely have nothing to say that is considered authentic and valued enough by soccer football clubs, to be sought after. Along with players, they are the next two most important contributors towards keeping the game alive. But how would clubs seek and respond to their players, fans and sponsors reactions as customer’s feedback. The fans, sponsors and players have a critical role to play in high performance club development. The question is “how?” This paradox is treated head-on in the recently published 100 Principles Manual delivered by the Soccer Football Whisperer.

How Soccer Has Changed

Discourse on Clubs Weaponizing their Soccer Football Clubs

how soccer has changed

We have to spare the time and space to explain the ‘weaponizing’ as it relates to the game. What could the Soccer Football Whisperer mean by introducing this alarming and inflammatory caption? But this is how soccer has changed and unfortunately, there are no other words.

The game now requires tactical specialization for championship performance. Specialization at the highest level, when consistent, can be deployed as weapons of team destruction.

Heads Up Soccer Heads: Club Development Leadership and Quality Control

“Who Needs To Know And What…”

soccer heads

Soccer heads realize that players arrive at most clubs with the physical equipment and ideas gleaned from their different experiences. They rightfully feel ready to make the sacrificial contribution, and for the most part in favor of their own careers. Whatever gave them the confidence to believe in their own capacity to make the team, will need to be investigated and understood by the Club. Especially because they were admitted to the squad for training and development.

Success is not the Sole Responsibility of the Soccer Manager Coach

JUST ONE POLICY TO ENSURE CLUB DEVELOPMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF A HIGH-PERFORMANCE ENVIRONMENT

The information to close the gaps in the high-performance deficits separating soccer/football clubs is now available for every member of the fraternity, and maternity, to benefit immensely.  But I am afraid that nothing of the sort will materialize until you are part of the crusade I have started. WE MUST correct the horrible abnormality of the rampant dismissal of smart Manager Coaches, while they are in the process of losing and building, without proper support and respect from the untrained leadership of the clubs they so valiantly represent.

Critical Information For High Performance Soccer Football

Every decade or two, there comes to the fore a powerful literary work in each discipline, that is of undeniable seminal worth, with the uniqueness and high quality that all scholars and institutions will seek out to find consensus, as their common source of reference and departure. Often, such works enrich the current available literature with pointed focus that will move unusually difficult organizational development problems and topics, forward. They bring together and clarify the truisms of critical issues, and make the salient points for professional review available under one cover. They solve long standing problems, and by so doing often create new ones. But they will also stimulate fresh thoughts to create synergies from unexpected interplay that creates newness, challenge intellectualism and guide higher performances.

The Great Soccer Manager Coaches Will Come Storming Back… let’s fix the clubs

100 Principles manual makes it very clear that team preparation for sustaining high performance is not a one man job, so one man (especially Wenger) being fired is not a solution.
