Criteria and Qualifications for non- Competitive Selection of SFW Country Representatives
1. Potentiate must have experience at the national level in soccer/football playing, coaching or administration, and is well known and respected within the football community and familiar and comfortable with utilizing the mainstream and sports Media… both locally and internationally.
2. Completion of tertiary education is required along with a high level of training or participation in national football… player, administrator, referee, coach, manager, sports journalist and relevant others.
3. The selectee must have some form of internet presence, the time and capacity to personally as well as to train others to utilize the resources from the books for marketing the Project to boost sales around the country.
4. Ability and social advantage to kick start a local campaign within the football family on a zero budget.
Expectations and Role of the Country Representative
1. Sign the documentations for a 2 year discretionary renewable agreement and abide by the requirements.
2. Seek prior office clearance and display responsible communication in all matters especially regarding pricing.
3. Ability to study, internalize and communicate the concepts from English to national languages and dialects. A club solicitation letter will be provided for interpretation and distribution as needed
4. Establish an e-mail address (eg. soccerfootballwhisperer.brazil.com) to respond to, clear up, filter and refer only the absolutely necessary customer queries through the e-mail address: soccerfootballwhisperer@gmail.com
5. Based on SFW Monthly Feedback, the Country Representative must seek to train others in order to generate localized support in the areas canvassed that are unresponsive to sales.
PROJECT REPRESENTATION REQUIREMENT DISCRIPTION
Study of the Website itself is the only way to properly prepare to for representing this SFW Project…grasp of the following elements of the project is necessary before commencing:
1. The Project is designed to train clubs on the Whisperer High Performance Development System.
2. The high performance principles can selectively assist clubs in crisis, to steady their operations on an urgent need basis, but only the total implementation of the system will ensure the sustainability of high performance on a continuous basis.
3. The main manual is the 464 page book, ‘100 PRINCIPLES FOR HIGH PERFORMANCE SOCCER FOOTBALL CLUB DEVELOPMENT LEADERSHIP COACHING AND QUALITY CONTROL’… every club needs at least 5 copies for simultaneous reading by the decision makers followed by round table meetings on the sections of urgency.
4. There are 74 club performance enhancement tools for leadership training, to establish and ensure orderly development of the clubs. The tools, their description and user instructions are in the Manual. However, the club training workbook ‘SOCCER/FOOTBALL CLUB LEADERSHIP CAPACITY BUILDING AND PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT AND APPRAISAL SYSTEM WORKBOOK’ – paperback delivers the tools in handouts format for initial training and further use by the coaching staff by facilitation of indefinite duplication for continuous use at the club.
5. Disseminate information about the other books and club self-training packages and the Academy that is available on the Website. The promotion and representation of the Academy through media and personal representation will also influence sale and the overall success of the Project, thus strengthening the reward for all participants in this agreement.
6. Based on the needs of the club, task the Technical Development Committee to review the Whisperer’s works and report findings of consequences toward the development of the high performance curriculum?
7. Alert the FAs and recommend they inform their Clubs of the possibility for honing the high performance game, and introduce the club leaders of the Project’s existence so clubs can acquire the material and incorporate it in their curriculum development, programming and training within each Confed.
8. Actively engaged in the proliferation of the SFW CEO training material essential for the advancement of the game through leadership capacity building
The Country Representative will not be required to contact the SFW for taking action in this matter unless a personal engagement is required.
SOCCER FOOTBALL WHISPERER COUNTRY REPRESENTITIVE BOOK PROMOTION AND SALES AGREEMENT (Draft)
When signed, this agreement is made official between the Eric Uriah Williams, the Soccer Football Whisperer and CEO at the Willguard Enterprise Company, 1 Lewella Close, Kingston 20, Jamaica, with its US office at 13257 NW 15th Court, Pembroke Pines, Florida 33028 USA, and the Soccer Football Whisperer Country Representative… signee named below
1. Herein after referred to as the SFW Rep for promotion and sales of the books on the Website, www.soccerfootballwhisperer.com, to clubs and individuals, shall be in this agreement for 2 years from the date of signing… (renewable at the discretion of the proposer, and can be also based on the evidence of effort and the assessment of actual sales per number of clubs in leagues 1, 2 and 3 – schools, businesses, colleges and universities included)
2. The SFW Rep will study and prepare (personal or video-taped) promotional presentation in the appropriate language(s) on all aspects of the Project, relevant to driving in-country sales of the books
3. The SFW Rep is required to be positioned to speak clearly, fluently and to answer questions about the Project and Soccer Football Whisperer Academy. All information about the Project is obtainable from the Website; soccerfootballwhispeer.com and our SFW You Tube Channel at: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCkXK15dn6RoYjIIXEzpblmw.
4. While the Whisperer Project will continue to be promoted globally, the SFW Rep may do in-country advertisement and promotional activities, seek sponsorship support from third parties for clubs to purchase books, but may not engage in any form of duplication, except for local one page advertisement and promotional posters.
5. The in-country SFW Rep will submit the name of a payee, TD compatible Bank, or PayPal to which monthly commission of 15% of all unclaimed in-country sales will be calculated and paid at the 15th of the following month.
6. The Country SFW Rep may solicit, train and pay assistants, issue, manage and control sub-agreements at his own discretion. But breakdown information on the separation of specific regional in-county sale is not guaranteed. All payment of total in-country sales will be made to the Chief Country SFW Rep
7. The Country SFW Rep will be assigned a 2 discretionary discount coupons that can entered at the Website checkout, by the customer for a 5% or 10% discount… these coupons will be valid for 6 months after the end of each period of agreement. New coupons will be issued for new or continuing SFW Reps. Higher discounts for multiple sales can be discussed.
8. The SFW Academy Faculty and Club Development Graduate Consultants will be allowed to participate in active selling of the Books to their clients in any country, in spite of the assignment of the Chief in Country SFW Rep. Note: There is no refundable compensation for any advanced input by the SFW Rep. Any conflicts of over-reaching between the Academy Consultant Graduates and the Chief Country SFW Rep’s advantage is considered as fair competition within the market place.
