Leaders Have to Make the Initial Decision for the Positive Changes…

To wait indefinitely is to invite non-leaders, without authority, to make negative changes for their leaders.

SOOCCER FOOTBALL CLUB  LEADERSHIP CURRICULUM FOR TOTAL HIGH-PERFORMANCE INFORMATION DEFICIT REDUCTION 

This communique is for all Soccer Football Club Owner/Investor, Chairman and Members of the Board, Legal Counsel, Sponsors, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Technical Officer, Manager Coach, Staff, and Committee Members everywhere.

Once alerted, most Club Leaders will welcome any single source with solid answers to the three most serious questions of their concerns in common, for their clubs:

  • Whether there is anything about operating a successful club that they are not in tandem with…what and why?
  • Whose responsibility it is to ensure that there are no high performance information deficits retarding the development processes at the club?

This is an emergency response test call of great importance, to get the undivided attention of all soccer football Clubs and their Manager Coaches around the world. Many will be unable to pass the new standard of interview for the position they currently occupy, and so they will not be able to compete with other coaches when seeking to transition.

Therefore, it must be in their best interest to acquire and study the new Soccer Football Whisperer 100 Principles manual, that has become the universal source of reference for High Performance Club Development Leadership and Coaching.

For as far long as I can recall, the effectiveness of Coaching has been in question at every level. On the other hand, the players are doing their best, excited and ready to go.

Apparently, this was done to seek a wider engagement of the entire club as coaches failed repeatedly to deliver on their own.

Eventually the currently fledgling Club Summit was born with its first and subsequent agendas, being in congruence with the original outline of the Whisperer’s seminal work, “100 Principles for High Performance Soccer Football Club Development Leadership and Quality Control”, manual.

It is a well-known fact that everybody in soccer football knows everything, win, lose or draw. But the final question is, “What qualitative (not quantitative) performance measures are being used to evaluate the effectiveness of the outcomes from these incomplete session plans being brandished about”?

I am recommending all clubs, soccer football educators and trainers of trainers to take this opportunity to make their consultative presentations complete! Without qualitative evaluation tools the higher performance being sought will forever remain elusive and money will continue to play a bigger role than education in the production of topflight football.
