“Who Needs To Know And What…”

Soccer heads realize that players arrive at most clubs with the physical equipment and ideas gleaned from their different experiences. They rightfully feel ready to make the sacrificial contribution, and for the most part in favor of their own careers. Whatever gave them the confidence to believe in their own capacity to make the team, will need to be investigated and understood by the Club. Especially because they were admitted to the squad for training and development.

JUST ONE POLICY TO ENSURE CLUB DEVELOPMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF A HIGH-PERFORMANCE ENVIRONMENT

The information to close the gaps in the high-performance deficits separating soccer/football clubs is now available for every member of the fraternity, and maternity, to benefit immensely.  But I am afraid that nothing of the sort will materialize until you are part of the crusade I have started. WE MUST correct the horrible abnormality of the rampant dismissal of smart Manager Coaches, while they are in the process of losing and building, without proper support and respect from the untrained leadership of the clubs they so valiantly represent.

Every decade or two, there comes to the fore a powerful literary work in each discipline, that is of undeniable seminal worth, with the uniqueness and high quality that all scholars and institutions will seek out to find consensus, as their common source of reference and departure. Often, such works enrich the current available literature with pointed focus that will move unusually difficult organizational development problems and topics, forward. They bring together and clarify the truisms of critical issues, and make the salient points for professional review available under one cover. They solve long standing problems, and by so doing often create new ones. But they will also stimulate fresh thoughts to create synergies from unexpected interplay that creates newness, challenge intellectualism and guide higher performances.

100 Principles manual makes it very clear that team preparation for sustaining high performance is not a one man job, so one man (especially Wenger) being fired is not a solution. What the top league and all club leaders, managers and coaches need to do is to take a more studious, principled and business-like human resource development approach to running the clubs, to ensure staff and player advancement for developing the high performance game.
