WELCOME TO THE SOCCER FOOTBALL WHISPERER (SFW) CLUB SELECTED
FACILITATOR (PMAS) TRAINING PRESENTATION.
This PP presentation is available to clubs that wish to select their own pre-trained potentiate to
study and implement the Whisperer Performance Management & Appraisal System, after purchasing the
PMAS Workbook. The Club Selected Facilitator even if not yet certified by the Academy, is
expected to adapt and automate the presentation and include relevant audio and video clips to
add value to their presentation.
The club-selected presenter should be encouraged to apply to attend the Academy But in the
cases where exigency for the service, the selectee for conducting the training should at least be
qualified enough to determine topics, length/duration and should do so in the capacity of a
volunteer. A per-person charge for the presentation is only to be paid to a Whisperer Academy
Certified Consultants. Ordinarily, the per-person cost for such training courses is not to exceed
the cost to access the presentation from: www.soccerfootballwhisperer.com, Amazon KDP, or any
other approved vendor.
Anyone Undertaking the Presentation of Club Leadership PMAS Training is encouraged to
fulfil the following preparation which is the minimum for Trained Consultants before taking
the final exam:
1) Read and study the 100 Principles and the PMAS Workbook and align links to the tools
to suit the sequence of the selected rubrics chosen for the presentation/implementation;
2) Plan and execute a Mock – Session using the most qualified audience as a source of
informed feedback
3) Make any specially required adjustments and add value to the presentation where needs
demand using other relevant SFW input, as well as videos or audio tapes.
4) Ensure adequate copies of the 100 Principles and the Workbook are available at least 2
weeks ahead of the mock session or any eventual training to be undertaken.
5) Become an Academy Qualified Consultant and Register for privileges to make multi-sale
of the Whisperer Projects on commission at a discount and to develop and market advanced
training based on the Whisperer 100 Principles/ BRAND.
The Whisperer Academy trained personal service consultants are educators, trainers, HRD
professional with sound knowledge of soccer/football, and are competent job trainers with
a desire and ability to build high-performing clubs:
1) Build and promote the whisperer brand, market the training materials (2 books &
advanced courses)
2) do a club intervention and execute a diagnostic review of leadership capacity,
3) do the relevant training for the soccer/football club management
4) offer continuing consultation in high-performance club development
5) … including re-training of staff and Managers/Coaches with practical demonstration from
the Whisperer training materials, to any level.
Clubs with in-house capability may wish to instruct themselves using this presentation to
guide them in executing their own diagnostic review toward expanding their capacity for
implementing the SFW Performance Management and Appraisal System. However, hiring an
outside practitioner such as the Whisperer Consultant that will be eventually needed on a
continuing basis sends the correct message of the sweeping changes that are impending in the
operation of the club.
The material will require distillation by professionals to assist the club leaders and their
administrative staff to appreciate implement and sustain the SFW Performance
Management and Appraisal System… ultimately to command a stronger professional learning
environment at their club, and to ensure the successful replication of a consistently higher
quality performance on the field of play, year after year.
Each participant will need a workbook for training and practice for use where relevant to their
job description reporting requirements. The purchaser club is entitled to unlimited duplication
of the tools for use within their clubs. The affordable paperback version will be available in
November 2017. Duplication for the re-sale of the tools is prohibited.
