SOCCER FOOTBALL WHISPERER HIGH-PERFORMANCE CLUB DEVELOPMENT ACADEMY – The Academy was established by the Soccer Football Whisperer Organization to train its Faculty and Club Development Consultants around the world to simultaneously raise the standard of global performance.

Applicants will choose certification in one of four categories, as follows:
- All-Pro* Academy Faculty Consultants
- Pro 1* Club Development Consultants
- Pro 2* Club Development Technical Consultant Facilitator Trainer
- Pro 3* Club Development Intervention/Marketing Specialist
The Academy offers a wonderful opportunity for the creative participation of soccer/football educators who are interested in advancement as football Human Resource Development (HRD) Professionals or other relevant qualifications, to make a contribution towards the sustainability of the next level in the development of the sport.
The Soccer Football Whisperer Project has begun the long-anticipated offline, remote self-training for its Faculty and Club Development Consultants, through its Global Academy, now opened. This Tertiary Training Institution is offering free Faculty & Consultant Fellowships until January 31, 2021, to suitably qualified and experienced football officials and related professionals.. The Candidates will study to deliver and implement the Whisperer Project at all level Clubs.
This exceptionally detailed program includes and covers Soccer/Football Organization Development Leadership, Administrative Management, and Coaching by Principles, with a unique Performance Management and Appraisal system. A plethora (74) qualitative performance evaluation tools, set to international benchmarks are included.
The Consultants will work as Personal Service Contractors with clubs within their reach. Depending on your level, the course can be completed within 4 to 6 weeks. Apply:
The qualified applicants will be admitted and trained on the Soccer Football Whisperer High Performance Club Development Curriculum. The self-training packages will consist of books with performance measuring tools, course field assignment feedback, and examination, to prepare Consultants to deliver personalized SFW High Performance Club Development Leadership and Performance Management and Appraisal System (PMAS) training and implementation to Clubs.
The Academy offers successful graduates the opportunity for scholarly development in high-performance soccer/football, as well as earning income from the marketing and sales of its products.
The Consultants can further monetize the opportunity by designing and offering advanced courses to implement their own translated, enhanced versions of the Whisperer Systems, using adult-learning methodologies to facilitate the development, transference, and application of participants’ generated synergies for qualitative advancements at the Clubs.
All club leaders/board members and their staff will want to hone the new skills and quickly utilize the offerings of the Project Consultants to measure, influence, and demand higher performance is all departments of their Clubs.
The Academy Faculty and Club Consultants are required to complete and submit the single mandatory, open-book Qualifying Exams with the answer sheets for all four levels available in the free package. The objective of the exam is to ensure that all questions are read and matched with the correct answers.
The free Training Materials Package for the registered SFW Academy applicants contains the single, mandatory Final Exams for all four levels, as well as the following curriculum development self-training materials and products for each Pro level:

- Material editing: All certified Academy Faculty or Club Development Consultants are allowed the editing right to paraphrase, interpret, adapt, redesign, omit, or include credited creditable, accredited third-party material at their discretion at the level of their certification, and restrainable only by the SFW Academy/certification issuing institution.
The S/F Whisperer Club Leadership Capacity Building and Performance Management Workbook of Club Development tools are available in Paperback that can be punched for storing in ring binders. Doing so will allow copies of the tools for the Club use during staff training, practice, and daily use by the staff for the Club Leadership and Management Information Monitoring and Evaluation Systems.
During 2020 Clubs are encouraged to be proactive in getting involved at a rapid rate to remain competitive going forward.
Thereafter, FAs and clubs are recommended to encourage and select one or more appropriately experienced and qualified career football educators from their region for their Club Sponsored Scholarship Program to get qualified professionals in their FA area certified, and not allow random clubs to attempt to train and implement by the unqualified self-help approach. Even though the training materials and packages will be available for purchase, the award of Academy Scholarships by FAs, and other already committed sponsors will be of great assistance to enhancing the development of high-performing clubs.
Without the Academy certification to guarantee the authenticity of the training, there will be uncertainties that could botch club training. In-house trainers without the SFW Academy-trained faculty discipline can be drawn into unprofessional arguments from the old agenda, and prior sentiments will get in the way of new training, thus hindering quick progress. Such domestic arrangement would also be defeating the effort of the Academy Authorized Consultant Trainers who are seeking to ensure proper implementation of the SFW/PMAS for the cause of developing more high-performing clubs.
The Whisperer Academy Trainers are selected, trained, and authorized after registering and sending in an updated resume, and a short statement on their perception, understanding, and vision for the program and business development opportunities for themselves.
An early decision by Clubs to participate fully by using the Authorized Consultant and Associate Consultant Trainer is wise and advantageous, as some of the material may require secondary interpretation for some clubs, as well as it is expected to proliferate rapidly on a global scale, giving an unfair advantage over Clubs that are oblivious of the SFW Project, slow, underwhelmed or reluctant to become engaged.
But the word will get out as the results come in, creating an increasing demand for soccer/football smart HRD professionals/ entrepreneurs, who are recognized on this and other websites and social media, as SFW Academy Authorized Consultant Trainers, certified to implement the Whisperer High Performance Leadership Capacity Building and S/F PMAS at the Clubs.
