All SFW Certified Consultants are independent contractors offering personal services in the Whisperer high-performance soccer/football curriculum applications. Their service to the Clubs includes the following paid or on-commission arrangements for services:
- assessment of high-performing club leadership capacity and high-performance deficiencies
- scouting and club high-performance audit
- arbiter mediation on matters external to the FA preview
- curriculum development and staff training
- plan and facilitate strategic planning meetings for developing high-performance clubs
- implementing the Whisperer Performance Management and Appraisals System for soccer clubs
- establish high-performance information deficit assessment and reduction process
- training club development leadership and quality control.
- on-going institutional development consultation
- give technical monitoring, evaluation, and mediation support
- sitting on club boards and adjudicating at special events
- collaborating and supporting FIFA training and other FA activities as requested
- contribute by facilitating the development of the female clubs and game
- other areas of mutual exchanges that benefit the Club the consultant, the Academy, and the Whisperer brand engage in negotiated curriculum development
SFW ACADEMY CONSULTANCY MONETIZATION
The income potential of the Consultants at each level is based on the following:
Trained and certified Faculty Consultants are authorized to do a presentation from the Whisperer Project at the highest level.
- 1. At the Faculty level the Academy allows negotiated authority to make editorial changes and improvements to the curriculum, do field tests, and improve tools, as well as participate in the lucrative Whisperer product enhancement partnership program.
- 2. allowed to conduct consultation, training, and sales at all other Pro Consultants levels (1,2,3)
- All consultants are allowed to develop and offer approved advanced self-training courses on the website, based on the Whisperer 100 Principles in a partnership arrangement of 80-20% post-tax earnings, in favor of the Consultant.
- All consultants will offer paid services within their certified competencies, to Clubs as independent personal service contractors
