Firstly, Your Whisperer Academy Independent Consultant will Train the Club…then support the high-performance process as required!
The first batch of Whisperer High-Performance Independent Club Development Consultants will complete their training, preparation, and certification in September 2024. By then many clubs will have begun the 2019-2020 season, well before a Consultant in their region (200 square miles) would be ready and available.
Soccer Football clubs were already advised to encourage and recommend their brightest to register at the Academy to complete the requirements of the program to be able to administer the consultation required to upgrade the systems and human resources to the Whisperer International Standards.
The free admission offered to SFW Consultants Batch # 1, expired on December 31, 2018. Unfortunately, the information about the program and our free offer did not reach many Clubs that are now expressing great disappointment that they have been left out. Most argued that it was simply because they were not informed on a timely basis.
So reluctantly, we are extending the deadline for free admission to the Academy, for candidates who are recommended by Clubs participating at the senior level of league football in their country. The club must now endorse their named candidate by sending an e-mail captioned “SFW Academy Club Candidate” to: info@soccerfootballwhisperer.com. The registration form and the prescribed process for all candidates will still be required. The final deadline is now July 31, 2019.
The annual hosting fee for the currently paid candidates will be permanently waived, and no refund for withdrawal or failure to pass will be considered, as there is no end date for the training is scheduled.

The clubs will need a local OD Trainer to manage this critical coming together for this important culture-changing football training event. He/She will introduce all sessions and be in charge of this event. The SFW Consultants are ready to train all influences at the Clubs. Likely, this has never been done before. 5:00 – 6:30 am Health and Nutrition up-date with Conditioning Demo with Senior Teams, Observers: Entire Club staff, coaches, and trainers, as well as the feeder source clubs athletic trainers and the Club staff from the lower leagues. Presenter: Best Athletic Conditioner available unless the Consultant is also a qualified Athletic Trainer.
7:00 – 9:00 am Breakfast/ Reception if not held the night before; Intro of FA Officials by the National Coach with 1 guest from FIFA to speak or present a current topic; speaker for the History of Football in the Country to date, mentioning major contributors and achievements to date….find a presenter to speak on the history of the club and the President to speak on the ambitions going forward. The head Coach speaks on the goals and objectives. The Whisperer Consultant to explain how all this can happen when partnering with the Whisperer Project. –
9:30 – 12noon. Whisperer Consultant Lecture/Discussion Principles 1-10: Whisperer High-Performance Club Development Leadership Imperatives – Overnight reading assignment for triads reporting at next lecture-discussion.
LUNCH
1:30 – 3:00 pm Whisperer Consultants Workshop: Principles 11 -20: Hands-on with Whisperer Tools for Measuring Public Perception and Qualitative Performance in Football (include National Players) overnight reading Assignment in triads for reporting on day 2
3:30 pm – 5:30 pm Club Inter-Squad Game Spot Coaching Demo: Manage & Coaches and the Whisperer Consultant in the Technical Areas with loudspeakers. Overnight Reading Principles 51 -60)
6:00 pm -7:00 pm. Critical Analysis of the Inter-Squad Game to highlight the High-Performance deficits and violation of Principles. – Whisperer Consultant

DAY 2.
5:00 – 6:30 am. Presenter: Best Athletic Conditioner available unless the Consultant is also a qualified Athletic Trainer.
7:00 – 9:00 am Breakfast/ Reception Participants Group Reading Reports 1 guest – Club Leader, FA or FIFA to speak. Whisperer Consultant to do a movement-by-moment slow-motion review of half of an eventful videotaped game. All participants to attend
9:30 – 12noon. Whisperer’s Lecture/Discussion. High-performance coaching and Quality Control Imperatives – using video clips and Whisperer Tools. Over-night reading assignment for reporting at next lecture discussion
