Description
The Club Development Training Consultant is qualified and prepared with the principles, policies, strategies and tools for the owners and senior officers to lead, manage, guide, select staff, and supervise for the advancement of the club, and to ensure return on investment.
The Academy is Preparing its graduates to accomplish the strengthening of the Institution to establish the highest value for its Products as follows:
1. Do Club Leadership Capacity Assessment and Remediation through Implementation of the PMAS, field testing, and reports on tools, books, and training materials available for capacity building throughout the clubs at all levels
2. Provide Tutorage to all levels of Soccer Football Nations, Federations, Associations, Clubs, Academy owners, leaders, staff and parents
3. Translate and report to the Academy all under-served curriculum needs-related to issues at clubs, their committees, team members, sponsors and fans
4. Sell-develop related Products, Train and Counsel Club Staff, and Introduce Innovators and introduce potential Partners to the Whisperer for the creation of new Products
