The works and Project features are new and will require secondary interpretation and hands-on support from the Academy’s qualified Consultants, to train all levels of the Club staff for business, social, and technical development, and the implementation and maintenance of the SFW Performance Management and Appraisal System.
This Soccer/Football Whisperer Project is the first in its class to promote increased Leadership involvement and supervisory participation in discussing appropriate technical solutions to a myriad of problems through the informed use of the Project materials at the Club.
The following are brief descriptions of the featured products now available, ahead of the opening of the Academy on August 30, 2017:
1. High-Performance Soccer Football Club Development Leadership and Initiation for the New CEO, allows visitors background edutainment from reading the 145-page book that prepares and motivates the career-oriented for tackling the challenges posed by the Soccer/Football Whisperer Project
2. The Prologue/Preliminaries to the 100 Principles main text. This booklet presents the formalities of introducing a proper textbook in near accordance with the APA Manual for writers, and is necessary as the book functions as a platform on which serious Academics will thread to add and monetize their own ideas by up-grading the training for Consultants within the Academy
3. The main text 100 Principles for High-Performance Soccer Football Club Development Leadership and Quality Control is a comprehensive training manual loaded with never-before-seen high-performance soccer/football management and evaluation tools for Club Leaders to maintain authority and quality control at their clubs.
4. The SFW Club Leadership Capacity Building and Performance Management and Appraisal System Workbook supports club staff hands-on training using adult learning methodologies with over 70 soccer/football Club Development Tools for leaders, managers, coaches, their support staff, volunteers, and players to ensure qualitative performance enhancement, and regular quality control evaluations to be carried out.
5. The Soccer Football Whisperer High-Performance Club Development Leadership Academy – coming June 30, 2018, will be the Academic hub for the enhancement of training for high-performance support consultants who will work with Club leaders to maintain the quality of leadership that will ensure successful clubs.
