YOUR CONSULTANCY CAN CULMINATE IN THE COORDINATION AND  PRODUCTION OF   5-10 YEAR PLANS FOR YOUR CLIENT CLUBS, OR ANY COUNTRY’S NATIONAL FOOTBALL PROGRAM.

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES CAN DETERMINE THEIR FEES AND ACCESS  SUPPORT FROM THE SFW FOR DEVELOPING 5-10 PLANS TO EARN MUCH MORE INCOME

THE FOLLOWING STEPS ARE REQUIRED

  4. UPON ACCEPTANCE, THE SFW TRAINEE CONSULTANT WILL PURCHASE AND STUDY “THE 100 PRINCIPLES MANUAL” AND “THE FOOTBALL PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL SYSTEM WORKBOOK” FROM THIS WEBSITE. ALSO REQUIRED IS THE COMPREHENSIVE STUDY OF FREE MATERIALS, WHICH WILL BE SENT UPON ACCEPTANCE.
  5.  ITEM 4 IS REQUIRED TO SUCCESSFULLY UNDERTAKE OUR OPEN BOOK FINAL FOR THE SFW CONSULTANTS CERTIFICATION, TO BE LISTED AS OUR QUALIFIED SFW GLOBAL REPRESENTATIVE CLUB DEVELOPMENT CONTRACTORS/PRESENTERS.
  6. THE FINAL EXAM WILL ALSO INCLUDE A RECORDED 15-20 MINUTE VIDEO PRESENTATION OF ONE TITLE OF THE CANDIDATE’S CHOICE.
  7. A FIELD TESTING AND DATA REPORT ON ONE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION TOOL IS ALSO REQUIRED
  8.   9. THE  ENTIRE SELF-STUDY PROCESS, FIELD TESTING OF ONE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION TOOL, SUBMISSION OF THE VIDEO PRESENTATION, AND THE OPEN BOOK FINAL EXAM ARE DESIGNED FOR A TOTAL OF 30 DAYS (NON-CONSECUTIVELY). 
  10.  THE FINAL EXAM TO BE SENT WILL TAKE THE FORM OF AN OPEN BOOK, MULTIPLE CHOICE QUIZ  FOR COMPLETION AND RETURN WITHIN 60 DAYS OF REGISTRATION. The Project’s Academy is now registering Soccer Football Scholars who are practicing or aspiring to be Professional Football Educators and Consultants at or above the level of the present World Body required curriculum. Candidates meeting our prerequisites will be offered full/free fellowships through 2026, to be self-trained as our Associate Adjunct Academy Faculty or Consultant Partners of the Soccer Football Whisperer High-Performance Club Development Leadership Academy, TO SUBMIT MATERIALS TO ENHANCE THE CURRICULUM.

Monetization of Your Personal-Service Consultancy and Taking the Process to the Next Level…

After completing the requirements for certification, the Consultants can work as individuals, setting their own fees. However, groups of consultants in the same region can collaborate to develop standardized per-hour fees for workshops, consultation, webinars, and conferences around themes of common and topical importance to national teams, clubs, or FAs.

All contacts, meetings, motivational talks, promotions, courses, and volunteer endeavors are expected to initiate the sale of the 100 Principles manual and the Performance Management and Appraisal Workbook.

The Whisperer’s Consultants will be highly trained and competent to do the job they are certified for. They are selected and authorized after registering and sending in an updated resume and a short statement on their perception, understanding, and vision for the program and business for themselves. The SFW Contractor Consultant Partners of the Whisperers Projects are professionals whose service valuation is at unfixed premium rates, established and set at their discretion.

An early decision to participate at the level of Consultation is wise, although this material is not expected to proliferate rapidly on a global scale, creating an increasing demand for soccer/football smart HRD Professionals/Entrepreneurs, who are published and recognized on the Website as Whisperer Authorized Consultant Practitioner/Trainers, to implement the Leadership training in S/F PMAS at the Clubs.

The Faculty and Club Consultant Practitioner Trainees will already have been exposed to leadership, management, coaching, or refereeing. They will be holders of relevant soccer-football educator qualifications and licenses, with solid resumes and experience in their prior presentation repertoire. We will ensure that they can successfully undertake our offline self-training program to represent the Soccer Football Whisperer Brand at the highest level.

A proven background in Organization Development or Human Resource Management training is an advantage for candidates to be designated Adjunct Faculty members. All levels of FIFA certification and FA coach licensing, and graduates of reputable soccer/football coaching or leadership academies, as well as club leaders and owners, are accepted.

The Academy offers a wonderful opportunity for soccer/football educators to be trained to receive and use our copyrighted and Whisperer-branded materials to enhance and strengthen their abilities to develop the leadership corps at soccer football clubs, to achieve high-performance results. All trained and certified consultants will operate as Independent Personal Service Consultant Contractors at the fees proposed at their own description, while being guided by the pricing examples set by this Project. 

The All-Pro Faculty, Pro 1, and Pro 2 Consultants will be prepared to design and offer training materials and strategies from the SFW Website.

The Consultant’s Final Examination format is an “open-book” preparation for providing answers to frequently and Infrequently Asked Questions arising from our training materials, or arising from problems they will be experiencing at the clubs.

The 100 multiple-choice “exam” is an open-book exercise designed to focus the self-preparation of consultants on the crucial elements of the 100 Principles. Therefore, all questions and the completed answer sheets will be sent out at a later date, for self-evaluation, in accordance with our individual time-sensitive relay of training packages and information sheets.

These will not be available for purchase BY OTHERS OUTSIDE THE ACADEMY. Questions and answers may be expanded, adjusted, or rephrased by the Faculty Consultants to relate to their context wherever they consider appropriate. No compensation will be attached to the contribution of the Academy consultants as they are participating in the building of the institution in which they have a vested long-term iinterest

The Whisperer’s total curriculum is available as a platform for its Faculty and other experienced Consultants to study and develop themselves as advanced subject specialist. They will create new needs-related courses for Clubs, using the Whisperer Self-training Presentations Format. Fellow Consultants will purchase the Advanced Courses posted on Whisperer Training Marketplace. They will then study and present the work of their colleagues to further advance their clients’ Club development programs, as new needs arise.

All Consultants will offer their own in-person or online service to train Club leaders and staff. The initial training will be in the use of the 100 Principles Manual and Qualitative Performance Evaluation and Enhancement tools. The Whisperer Consultants will persuade potential clients to train on the implementation of SFW Club’s High-Performance Management and Appraisal System… and finally to purchase the 100 Principles manual, the SFW Performance Management and Appraisal System Workbook, and other works

Consultants are expected to augment the club presentations and utilize ‘their own translated versions” for transference to develop and deliver special hybrid curricula at their client clubs. The intervention diagnosis and mixture of solutions will be enriched with their own experience for different synergies, issuing from the varying interpretations of the core material. 

Each Club is different; therefore, unique and unpredictable challenges will need to be identified, analyzed, evaluated, and new solutions found in real time.

As a consequence of the individual nature of Clubs, training for each club (board members and staff) will be customized by the Consultant. Nevertheless, the philosophy must remain within the branded confines of the Whisperer’s original 100 Principles. The original manual must be presented to the clubs as the standard centerpiece for pre-course and also the continuing reading for the career development of all staff….

The greatest challenge for our Consultants is to present and persuade a Club Leader who would not want to access and implement this Program very quickly.

For successful changes at the clubs to become more obvious and with long-term effectiveness, the PMAS must be professionally implemented by our trained Consultants. Therefore, it is recommended that clubs accessing the material use a trained facilitator to introduce the process, rather than having an arbitrary self-help approach.

The usual arguments about outdated agendas and many unscientific sentiments often get in the way of the Authorized Consultants/Trainers seeking to ensure proper implementation of the SFW/PMAS for the purpose of developing more high-performing clubs. A botched training or erratic shake-up attempt will make it very difficult for any Consultant to re-convene, convince, motivate, and redirect a tarnished club culture with the confidence for medium-term success and sustainability.
