This Project is timeless and the buck does not stop, as the fight to keep the ball out of the goal, get the ball into the goal, or to just keep position of it, is everlastingly challenging as it is eternal.
Our Pioneering batch of Whisperer Club Development Academy Consultants will have agreed to conduct further field testing for verification of the Whisperer tools within their own context, and will make any necessary informed adjustments to match their clients needs and supply feedback to the Whisperer Project as will be requested from time to time. The feedback can be spontaneous, but will mostly be requested by surveys on a needs basis, as the Project continuously seek better ways to High Performance Club Development.
Selected members of the first class of the Whisperer Academy Certified Consultants and Associates entering the project up to December 31, 2017, will do so as the Project Pioneers and Editing Partners, based on the special registration agreement that will include discounted fees and conciliatory cost of their training materials as well as boosted commission on sale of the Whisperer books and equipment .
In return, these qualified franchisees agree to support the further development of the materials to own credit and for the benefit of their own clients and provide constructive feedback to support the continuing development of the Project.
This process will begin with a mandatory report on the very first engagement and intervention of each Consultant…to be followed by two consecutive quarterly feedback/reports by completing two critique questionnaires. This process is anticipated to considerably strengthen the Brand for shared growth and development.
This approach has been taken because of the limitation experienced in finding one suitable development editor to confidentially manage the sensitive, voluminous, broad spectrum and complex material that make the Project so multi-disciplinary and unique.
The Qualified Consultants/Associates, some of whom are soccer/football editors themselves, will have considerable more capacity than a single editorial entity, to do the best job which include further field testing and re-calibration of tools, to manipulate various performance levels as needed by the Clubs.
Consultants/Associates Role in Handling Opinionated Differences in the Project Material or System Presentations
Pioneering Consultants and Associates should correct and report any deficiencies of clarity, fact or contradiction in the Project…books, worksheets or requirements, and also make appropriate counter proposals.
Any difficulties that the consultants cannot immediately clarify, handle, solve or redress, should be allowed to fuel training discussions that will facilitate synergies from mixing ideas that will create surprising new solutions from among each group of participants, in the adult learning environment to the benefit of all clubs and the game
Surely, There is Always Another Way to Go, but Where and When?
The Workbook Activity Sheets are all referenced but not always sequenced with the Table of Content (TOC) but are already shuffled to minimize subject fatigue by allowing participants to switch between Club Leadership Administration Capacity Building, and understanding of the Technical Imperatives of High-performance Soccer/Football.
Of course some issues will require more time to be resolved than others; but there will always be new Whisperer Improves Winners emerging as a consequence of the serious implementation of the SFW Project. There are great clubs and players out there awaiting this information. If you have been reading this, then you are surely one of them that can place many clubs in the scoring position… PRESS ON!
